Returns Policy

We hope you’re delighted with your purchase. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us in writing at customercare@ideapot.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. In many cases, we may be able to resolve the issue without the need for a return.

If a return is still required, please send the item back unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging within 14 days of contacting us. Once received, we will either issue a full refund to your original payment method or arrange a replacement.

Please note that refunds may take up to 14 days to process from the date we receive the returned item.

Faulty Items

 

If your item develops a fault due to a quality issue after 14 days, we may still be able to offer a replacement or refund. In such cases, we may ask for evidence to confirm the fault was not caused by misuse.

Personalised Items

​

Unfortunately, personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

 

Your Rights

Our returns policy is in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK).

 

Purchases from Partner Retailers

If your item was purchased through one of our retail partners, please follow their returns policy in the first instance. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us — we’ll do our best to help.
