We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, but if you aren’t then let us know in writing to email@example.com within 14 days, hopefully, we can solve your problem without returning it. If you are still not happy then return the item undamaged and in its original packaging within 14 days of contacting us. We will then either refund you the full amount to the original card or account or send you a replacement item. Be aware that refunds can take up to 14 days from the day we receive the item back.
We sometimes offer a replacement or refund after 14 days if the item develops a fault due to quality issues, but we might ask you to prove the item wasn’t damaged in use.
We are sorry to say that none of our personalised items can be returned unless faulty.
In all cases, our returns policy is based on the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK).
